研究了5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)盐酸盐的合成新方法, 以相对廉价易得的环氧氯丙烷为起始原料, 通过盖布瑞尔反应、开环、氧化、取代、水解等反应步骤得到目标产物5-氨基酮戊酸盐酸盐. 研究表明该方法具有原料便宜易得、总收率高、产物易分离纯化、后处理操作简单、总成本低等优点.

In this paper, a novel synthetic method of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) hydrochloride was described starting from cheap and easily available epichlorohydrin. The 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was obtained by Gabriel reaction, ring-opening, oxidation, substitution and hydrolysis. The results showed that the synthetic method has the advantages of materials being simply available, good overall yield, easily work-up and low cost.
