摘要

从地奥心血康原料药材黄山药根茎中分离得到一个结构新颖的微量成分.其结构通过包括2-D NMR在内的波谱分析确定为葡萄糖基接在内酯环上的多氧化withanolide型麦角甾内酯皂苷, 命名为薯蓣内酯葡糖苷.

Abstract

A novel withanolide type C28-steroid saponin, named dioscolide glucoside, was isolated from the rhizomes of Dioscorea panthaica Prain et Buckill.The structure was elucidated as (20S,22R,24R,25S)-1-oxo-2α,3α;6α,7α-diepoxy-5α,16α,25α-trihydroxy-withanolide-27-O-glucopyranoside by spectroscopic evidence including 2D-NMR.
