摘要

鸢尾属的许多植物在世界很多地方都有悠久的药用历史, 用于治疗癌症、炎症、细菌和病毒感染等多种疾病.该属植物中含有丰富的次生代谢产物, 主要分为黄酮类、三萜类、苯醌类和二苯乙烯类化合物.黄酮类化合物作为该属的主要成分已有很多报道.现对近30年来从21种鸢尾属植物中分离得到的65种三萜类化合物, 包括结构特殊的鸢尾醛类三萜, 21种苯醌类化合物和9种二苯乙烯类化合物的来源, 结构进行了分类归纳整理, 探讨了鸢尾醛类三萜可能的生源途径及其相互关系.并对这三类化合物的抗癌、抗疟疾、激素拮抗剂、抗氧化、酶抑制剂、抗溃疡等生物活性进行了综述.

Abstract

Species of the genus Iris (Iridaceae) have a long history of traditional medicinal use in many places of the world, and are used in the treatment of cancer, inflammation, bacterial and viral infections. Iris plants have been previously recognized as rich sources of secondary metabolites, which mainly belong to flavonoids, triterpenoids, benzoquinones and stilbenes.As the predominant component, flavonoids have been frequently reported.This paper describes 65 triterpenoids including iridals which is a kind of unusual triterpenoids isolated from various Iris species, 21 benzoquinones and 9 stilbenes from 21 Iris species since 1982, and the details of their source, structure are given.And the possible biogenetic ways of iridals are also presented.Moreover, many of these compounds exhibited anticancer, antimalarial, ecdysteroid antagonist, antioxidant, enzyme inhibitor, antiulcer properties.
