摘要

从诺丽酵素中分离纯化得到两个新的酚类衍生物Noniacid A (1), Noniacid B (2)和一个新天然产物Melilotic acid (3), 它们的结构通过多种现代波谱技术进行确定.α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性测试结果显示, 化合物12α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较强的抑制活性, IC50值分别为242.0和229.3 µmol•L–1.

Abstract

Two new lactic acid derivatives of noniacids A and B (1 and 2) and a new natural product melilotic acid (3) were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of theNoni Juice. The structures were elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic methods, and the absolute configurations were defined by comparing optical rotation with the standard. Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant inhibitory activity againstα-glucosidase enzyme with IC50 values of 242.0 and 229.3 µmol•L–1, respectively.
