Aggregation-induced emission (AIE) molecule is the most prominent molecule in the fluorescent materials in recent years, and it has high luminous quantum efficiency and excellent capability to produce active oxygen species in the aggregated state. Nanozyme is a kind of nanomaterial with enzyme-like catalytic performance, which has good biocompatibility and excellent enzymatic catalytic activity. The nanocomposites combined with AIE molecule and nanozyme have the unique properties of AIE molecules and nanozyme. In this paper, the preparation of AIE molecule and nanozyme composites and the latest research achievements in the field of chem/biosensing and optical diagnosis and treatment are reviewed. Finally, the shortcomings and future development are also prospected.
