The carbon-phosphorus (C-P) bond is a key chemical linkage connecting organic frameworks with phosphorus-containing groups and plays a vital role in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and functional materials. In recent years, with the rapid development of transition-metal catalysis and photocatalysis, the construction of C-P bonds has attracted considerable attention from scientists, leading to a continuous emergence of significant research achievements. In this context, this paper summarizes the representative advances in C-P bond construction in recent years, particularly from 2023 to 2026, from the perspectives of transition-metal catalysis, photocatalysis, and other catalytic methods, and provides a detailed discussion of the corresponding reaction mechanisms.
