Abstract

The monolefenic macrolide aggregation pheromone components 1 and 4 were synthesized through the alkylation and isomerization of alkyne. the 1, 4-dienemacrolide aggregation pheromone component 5 was synthesized through the couplinn reaction of alkynyl grignard reagent with p-methyl-bezessulfonate using the propargyl alcohol as starting material.
