Abstract

In the present paper, bis-benzothiazole acyclic crown ethers 1～ 4 have been synthesized via S-alkylation reaction of 2- mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) with α，ω -oligoethylene glycol dibromides, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR (1^H,13 ^C), and MS spectra.
