2-(2'-吡啶基)-6-甲苯并噻唑及其二氯有机锡(IV)络合物的结构与抗肿瘤活性

The crystal structures of the title compounds were determine by x-ray diffractometry. The ligand 2-(2'-pyridyl)-6-methylbenzothiazole (L) is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a 5.749(1), b 15.383(1), c 12.449(2) ? and b 95.68(1)? Z = 4; R = 0.034. The complex SnEt2Cl2L is monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a 14.755(2), b 9.447(5), c 13.835(6) ? and b 95.29(2)? Z = 4; R = 0.067. The S atom in the structure forms a 5-member ring, which is consistent with IR and NMR results.
