Ultrasonic Synthesis of Novel 3-(5-Chloro/phenoxy-3-methyl-1- phenylpyrazo-4-yl)isoazolo-N-substituted phenyl-dehydronorcantharidimide Derivatives

Abstract A series of novel 3-(5-chloro/phenoxy-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazo-4-yl)isoazolo-N-substituted phenyl-dehydronorcantharidimide derivatives were synthesized by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of 5-chloro/phenoxy-4-(α-chloro-α-oximidomethyl)-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole and N-substituted phenyldehydronorcantharidimide which was prepared by the reaction of dehydronor-cantharidin with substituted aniline. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 1H-1HCOSY, NOESY spectra and elemental analysis.
