Synthesis and Hybridizing Activity of Novel Chemical Hybridizing Agent Pyridazinone Derivatives

A series of novel latent chemical hybridizing agent pyridazinone derivatives were synthesized from 1,4-dihydro-3-carboxyl-pyridazin-4-one compounds and aminothiourea, hydrazine, phenylhydrazine respectively by cyclization, where 1,4-dihydro-3-carboxyl-pyridazin-4-one compounds were obtained from the various arylamine diazonium salt and pyronone by coupling reaction. It is the first time to obtain five pyridazin-4-on-3-yl aminothiazole and five pyrazolono[3,4c]pyridazine derivatives. Furthermore, the derivatives can be used as latent chemical hybridizing agents, which has been confirmed and discussed here. In large doses, pyridazin-4-on-3-yl aminothiazole hydrochloride salts had hybridizing activity and percent sterility of them was 99% in 2100 g/ha.
