本文报道从中药款冬花(Tussilago farfara L.)中分得一个升高血压有效成份--款冬酮(tussilagone 1),根据13C NMR, 400MHz1H NMR,UV, IR, HRMS, 2D 1H-1HCOSY, 2D13C-1H COSY, 2D NOE以及生物2,3和4的各种数,推定了1的化学结构,根据1及6的DCD确定其绝对构型为3S, 4S, 5S, 7R, 9R及14R.

A sesquiterpene ester, tussilagone (I) was isolated from the flowers of T. farfara, a Chinese traditional medicine. I structure was determine by NMR and its configuration determine as 3S, 4S, 5S, 7R, 9R and 14R by x-ray diffraction and CD. I is the 1st sesquiterpene isolated from Tussilago. I.v. injection of I caused strong and instant pressor responses in dogs, cats, and rats, with a potency similar to that of dopamine.
