本文用核磁共振方法对氨基糖苷类化合物巴龙霉素(Paromomycin)进行了研究, 归属了其^H、^1^3C的全部谱线, 讨论了巴龙霉素在水溶液中的优势构象。

The one-dimensional spin decoupling difference spectroscopy (SDDS), two-dimensional COSY, J-resolved spectrum, NOESY, and 13C-1H shift correlation spectroscopy of paromomycin were studied. All NMR signals were assigned and the conformation of paromomycin in solution was discussed.
