γ干扰素免疫电极及其响应机理的研究

在醋纤维孔膜上利用溴化氰固定了马抗人γ干扰素抗体。抗体膜经竞争性温育反应后置于碘离子选择电极上而构成免疫电极; 另一碘电极与参比膜作为参比电极。测定了电极在0.1mmol.dm^-3KI+4.4mmol.dm^-3H2O2+0.1mol.dm^-3柠檬酸盐,PH5.0缓冲液中响应电位, 研究了温度反应时间、电解液组成等因对电极响应影响,提出了电极向应线性化方法, 并得到了实验验证。

An antibodymembrane was prepared using cyanogem bromide to immobilized horse antibody against human IFN on celluler membrane .after incubated at 37°C for one hour in sample solution, the antibody membrane was put on the and of an iodide selective electrode to form an indicated electrode.another iodide electrode fitted with a celluer membrane immobilized urane worked as a reference electrode the electrode response was measured in the buffer solution 0.1 mmol.dm^-3 KI+4.4 mmol.dm^-3 H2O2+0.1mol.dm^-3 phosphate PH5.0.the results indiucated that the potential response is non-liear.the effect of incubation time antibody activety and the electrolyte concentration on the response potential has been studied. a linearing method of electrode response has been give.
