黄酮类化合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用及构效关系研究

The Interaction of Flavonoid-BSA and the Relationship Between Molecular Structure of Flavonoids and Their Binding to BSA

利用荧光光谱法研究了11种黄酮类化合物与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用, 计算了黄酮与BSA作用的各种参数(结合常数、结合位点数及结合距离), 比较了不同结构取代对黄酮与BSA结合的影响. 利用分子模拟技术, 建立了上述黄酮与BSA作用大小的定量构效关系.

The interactions between eleven flavonoids and BSA were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. The binding parameters, including binding constants, binding numbers and binding distance, were calculated. By a comparison of the structures of flavonoids with their binding potency, the structural requirements of flavonoids for the binding were obtained. Furthermore, to explore the effect of molecular structure on the binding, a study on quantitative structure and binding-property relationship (QSPR) was performed on SGI workstations.
