齐墩果酸的结构修饰与生物活性研究进展

齐墩果酸属于五环三萜化合物, 广泛分布在多种植物中, 并具有多种生物活性. 主要对齐墩果酸近15年来的结构修饰及抗糖尿病、抗炎、抗肿瘤作用研究进展进行综述, 其中一些齐墩果酸衍生物具有优良的活性.

Oleanolic acid is a kind of pentacyclic triterpenoid widely found in natural plants and has various biological activities. In this paper, the research advances of the structural modification of oleanolic acid, as well as anti-diabetes, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer activities in recent fifteen years are reviewed, and many derivatives with excellent biological activity are obtained.
