在水介质中三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBA)存在下, 芳醛与4-羟基香豆素反应为α,α-双(4-羟基香豆素-3-基)甲苯提供了一种快速、方便、高效和洁净的合成方法.

The reaction of aromatic aldehydes with 4-hydroxycoumarin in the presence of triethylben-zylammonium chloride in aqueous media provided a fast, efficient, high-yielding and clean access to α,α-bis(4-hydroxycoumarin-3-yl)toluene.
