邻羧基苯甲醛水杨酰腙的合成及性质研究

Synthesis and Properties of o-Carboxybenzaldehyde Salicyloylhydrazone

以水杨酰肼和邻羧基苯甲醛为原料, 合成了化合物邻羧基苯甲醛水杨酰腙(C15H12N2O4), 对其进行了元素分析, IR, 1H NMR表征和X射线单晶衍射结构分析. 晶体属单斜晶系, C2/c空间群, 晶胞参数为: a=19.352(8) ?, b=14.219(8) ?, c=12.762(3) ?, β=115.605(14)°, V=3167(3) ?3, Z=8, F(000)=1344, Dc=1.344 Mg/m3. 该化合物分子通过两个苯环间的氢键作用(N—H…O)缠绕成了一个无限双螺旋链. 热重实验表明该化合物的热分解过程可分为两个阶段, 第二阶段的分解峰温值为232.64 ℃. 初步生化活性实验结果显示, 该化合物对大肠杆菌具有良好的抑、抗菌活性.

By using salicyloylhydrazine and o-carboxybenzaldehyde salicyloylhydrazone, o-carboxybenzaldehyde salicyloylhydrazone (C15H12O4N2) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structural analysis shows that the compound crystallizes in a monoclinic lattice, space group C2/c with a=19.352(8) ?, b=14.219(8) ?, c=12.762(3) ?, β=115.605(14)°, V=3167(3) ?3, Z=8, F (000)=1344, Dc=1.344 Mg/m3. The compound molecules are linked by hydrogen bond (N—H…O) between two benzene rings, and the compound is wrapped into an infinite chain of double helix. Thermal gravity analysis indicate that the compound has two decomposition stages, the decomposition endothermic peak appears at 232.64 ℃ in the second stage. Its antibacterial activity was tested against Escherichia coli. The results show that the compound has good antibacterial activity.
