纸基过氯乙烯树脂微流控亚硝酸根离子检测片的研制

A Nitrite Microfluidic Detecting Chip by Fabricating Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Barrier in Filter Paper

基于滤纸上过氯乙烯树脂栏选择性通过亚硝酸根离子, 结合微流控分析装置设计, 研制成纸基过氯乙烯树脂微流控亚硝酸根离子检测芯片. 采用该微流控亚硝酸根离子检测芯片测定了亚硝酸盐样品, 线性范围和检测限分别为70~1500 μmol/L 和48 μmol/L. 该微流控亚硝酸根离子检测芯片已成功应用于水样和食品中亚硝酸盐测定, 结果满意.

Based on the phenomenon that NO2- can be permeated through the hydrophobic chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) barrier fabricated in filter paper and the microfluidic paper-based devices (μ-PADs), the nitrite microfluidic detection chip by fabricating CPVC barrier in filter paper was carried out. The detection limit of the method is 48 μmol/L nitrite, and the linear range for nitrite is 70~1500 μmol/L. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of nitrite in Xi'an city moat water and sausage sample.
