Study on biologically active coordination compounds of metal ions II: Synthesis, characterization and antitumor activity of rare earth EDTA complexes of 3,6-bis(dimethylamino)-dibenzopyridonium

合成了十四种新的3,6-二(二甲氨基)-二苯并碘六环稀土乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)配合物, 其化学式为[C17H20N2I][RE(EDTA)].xH2O(RE=Ce, x=2; Pr, x=3; Nd-Lu, Y,x=4). 利用热重-差热分析, X射线粉末衍射, 摩尔电导,红外及紫外光谱等对这些配合物进行了表征. 试验表明, 配合物对体外癌(L7712)细胞DNA合成的抑制率较其前体为高.

Q[LnL].xH2O (Q+ = 3,6-bis(dimethylamino)dibenzopyriodonium; H4L = EDTA; Ln = Ce, x = 2; Ln = Pr, x = 3; Ln = Nd-Lu, Y, x = 4) were prepared The complexes were characterized by TG-DTA, x-ray powder diffraction, molar conductance, UV and IR spectra. The inhibiting effect of each complex on incorporation of 3H-TdR into DNA of leukemia (L7712) cells in vitro was observed The results show that they are all more effective than their precursors.
