N-磷酰羟基类氨基酸及磷酸酯类的快原子轰击质谱研究

N-磷酰的羟基类氨基酸和O-磷酰氨基酸裂解规律各有特点,N-DIPP-羟基类酸趋向于先连续丢失两个丙烯,在脱甲酸,进一步脱水,N-DBP- 羟基类氨基酸则优先丢失甲酸,在分别失去一分子丁烯,进而脱水,磷酰基N→的转位特征更明显, 质子化磷酸(99)有相当丰度,O-磷酰丝,苏氨酸则主要发生β-消除反应,生成DIPP(OH)~ 2^+ 或DBP(OH)~2^+以及脱水丝,苏氨酸,(99)质子化磷酸可成基峰.

The fragmentation pathway of the N-phosphoryl hydroxy amino acid and the O-phosphorylamino acid had their resp. characteristics by successive losses of two mols. of CH3CH=CH2 and the HCO2H preferred for the N-DIPP-hydroxy amino acids (DIPP = diisopropyloxyphosphoryl), while for N-DBP-hydroxy amino acids (DBP = di-n-butyloxyphosphoryl) HCOOH was first lost, than one or two mols. of CH3CH2-CH=CH2 and finally H2O. The phosphoryl group N甇 migration product gives the (99)m/z, as the most intensive peak for O-DIPP(DBP)-Ser or Q-DIPP(DBP)甌hr. And the multiple checks for each of the mol. ion M+ and fragment ions F+ were possible through their successive peaks at M+-42(56), M+-84(112), F+-42(56), and F+-84(112).
