二价钐激活复合氟化物磷光体的合成及光谱特性

报道了合成二价钐激活的复合氟化物的简单方法。用H~2作还原剂, 用高温固相反应直接制得Sm^2+激活磷光体: KMgF~3, LiBaF~3, BaBeF~4, SrMgF~4和BaMgF~4等, 其中BaBeF~4, SrMgF~4和BaMgF~4中掺入Sm^2+为首次报道。在KCaF~3,CaBeF~4, SrBeF~4和CaMgF~4中只观察到Sm^3+发射而无Sm^2+发光。分析了钐离子价态与其质组成结构间关系, 讨论了钐离子(Sm^2+和Sm^3+)的光谱特征。

A simple technique for preparation of powder binary fluorides activated with divalent Sm ions is described. The Sm impurity is introduced as Sm trifluoride SmF3 and H acts as the reducing agent to transform Sm3+ into Sm2+. Using this method, Sm was stabilized in the divalent state in some fluorides: KMgF3, LiBaF3, BaBeF4, SrMgF4 and BaMgF4. Also, BaBeF4, SrMgF4 and BaMgF4 have never been activated with Sm2+ ions. Also under the same synthetic conditions Sm can not be stabilized in the divalent state in some fluorides: KCaF3, CaBeF4 and CaMgF4, but the characteristic luminescence of Sm3+ appears in these matrixes. The emission and excitation spectra of Sm (Sm2+ and Sm3+) in these binary fluorides are presented and briefly discussed. The relation between the oxidation state of Sm and the composition, the structure of matrixes is also analyzed.
