含有磺胺的多金属氧酸盐的合成及抑制前列腺癌细胞PC-3M作用的研究

Studies on the Synthesis of Polyoxometalates Containing Sulfanilamide and Their Inhibition to Prostate Cancer Cell PC-3M

合成了(C6H9N2O2S)5HP2Mo18O62•15H2O (SPOM-1)和(C6H9N2O2S)H8P2Mo15V3O62•8H2O (SPOM-2)两种新的含有磺胺的多金属氧酸盐, 通过元素分析、IR光谱对其结构进行了表征. 在人雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌细胞系PC-3M内, 对合成的多金属氧酸盐进行了抗肿瘤活性的研究. 研究发现, SPOM-1, SPOM-2在体外能明显抑制前列腺癌PC-3M细胞, 并呈一定的量效关系, EC50分别为38, 11 g•mL-1; 治疗指数(TI)分别为12.07, 26.82; SPOM-2的抗前列腺癌PC-3M细胞活性大于SPOM-1.

Two new polyoxometalates namely (C6H9N2O2S)5HP2Mo18O62•15H2O (SPOM-1) and (C6H9N2O2S)• H8P2Mo15V3O62•8H2O (SPOM-2) containing sulfanilamide were synthesized and structurally characterized by elementary analysis and IR spectra. The antitumor activities of these compounds had been investigated in human androgen independent prostate cancer cell PC-3M. SPOM-1 and SPOM-2 were shown to inhibit prostate cancer cell PC-3M significantly, and there was a certain dose-effect relationship. EC50 for the two samples was 38 and 11 μg•mL-1, respectively, and therapeusis index (TI) was 12.07 and 26.82, respectively. It was concluded from the test that the activity of SPOM-2 inhibiting prostate cancer cell PC-3M was superior to that of SPOM-1.
