温和条件下脂肪胺间接电催化羰化合成二烷基脲

在电化学可再生的钯配合物及酮共催化剂的存在下,利用间接电催化羰化法从脂肪族胺合成了相应的二烷基脲,实验结果表明,在50℃和常压下,一取代的脂肪族伯胺主要生成二烷基脲,并且具有很高的转化率和选择性,而脂肪族二胺在反应条件下则生成少量相应的二异氰酸酯,同时,溶剂对选择性有很大的影响。

Anovel synthesis of several dialkylureas by indirect electrocatalytical carbonylation of corresponding aliphatic amines was carried out at 50℃and atmospheric pressure with an electrochemically regenerable palladium(Ⅱ) as catalyst and copper(Ⅱ ) acetate as cocatalyst with excellent conversion and selectivity. The results show that the main products are dialkylureas for the mono- aliphatic amines and isocyanates for the diamines. Solvent has a strong impact on the selectivity.
