封面介绍The commercial application of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) is now facing the challenge caused by limited lifetime and durability. More in-depth understanding and scientific evaluation of the complex and coupled performance degradation mechanisms become a priority. In this work, we mainly focus on the initial operation stage of SOFCs, during which the electrochemical performance changes most significantly. [Minfang Han et al. on page 763-770.]

封面介绍The solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor (SASC) assembled by N&S dual-doped carbon nanocages, WO3?0.6H2O nanorods and in situ polymerized gel electrolyte (IPGE/H2SO4) exhibits the close rate performance to the H-type cell with 1 mol?L?1 H2SO4 solution electrolyte, and the much better performance than the counterpart with the traditional gel electrolyte of polyvinyl alcohol/sulfuric acid (PVA/H2SO4). The much improved SASC performance is attributed to the establishment of the effective charge transfer interface between the IPGE/H2SO4 electrolyte and electrode materials. 封面介绍To develop efficient methods to construct α,α-difluorinated phosphonates, the isopolar mimics of biological phosphates, analogs of difluoro diazoethane, (β-diazo-α,α-difluo- roethyl)phosphonates, have been designed and used in the assembly of α,α-difluorinated phosphonate-containing molecules. Using this strategy, the synthesis of α,α-difluorinated phosphonate-containing esters has been realized via O-H insertion. [Jianlin Han et al. on page 747-750.]
