Trinuclear manganese complex [Mn3O(O2CC6H5)6 (C3H4N2)3·C6H5CO2·0. 5H2O was synthesied. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/C with a=1.528 32(19) nm, b=1.9722(2) nm, c=2.102 3(3)nm, β=92.597(3)°,V=6.330 0(13)nm^3, Z=4.In IR spectrum, the broad band (10) is assigned to Vνas(Mn3O), the doubly degenerate in-plane vibration of the central oxygen, Variable temperature (5 to 280K) magnetic susceptibility exibits the expected weak antiferromagnetism, the magnetic susceptibility data for the complex is fit. The fitting parameters is g=2.04, J=-2.34 cm^-1, F=5.3×10^-3.
