纳米晶氧化锡的水热合成与表征

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Characterization of SnO_2 Nanoparticles

SnO_2 nanoparticles with high surface areas were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystallizing process was characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD, BET and TEM. FT-IR showed that hydrated tin oxide was transformed to SnO_2 crystallite at 120 ℃ . XRD showed that the products were all at nanometer scale, and the crystallite size increased while the surface areas decreased with the increase of hydrothermal temperature, and TEM revealed that the nanoparticles were monodispersed. When the hydro thermally synthesized particles were given heat treatment, the particles grew faster and the disperaity was abnonnally improved.
