5-氨基噻唑衍生物具有很好的生理活性, 其合成方法和生物生理活性研究已引起药物研发者的关注. 综述了近几十年来有关5-氨基噻唑衍生物的合成方法.

5-Aminothiazole derivatives possess good physiological activities. Their synthesis and study of bioactivities have recently attracted increasingly more attention. In this paper, the synthetic methods of 5-aminothiazole derivatives are reviewed and evaluated.
