脂肪酶是一类重要的生物催化剂, 因其具有反应选择性高、条件温和、环境友好等特点, 被广泛应用于有机合成中. 综述了近年来脂肪酶催化Aldol缩合、Knoevenagel缩合、Michael加成、Henry反应等多种C—C键形成反应的新进展.

Lipases are the most widely used class of enzymes in organic synthesis due to their high selectivity, mild reaction conditions, environmental acceptability, etc. This article reviews the new progress on lipases catalyzed C—C bond formation reactions, such as aldol condensation, Knoevenagel condensation, Michael addition, Henry reaction, etc.
