葡萄透翅蛾性信息素

本文报道葡萄透翅蛾的结构测定工作, 按常规方法, 剪取有葡萄透翅蛾虫害的葡萄枝条, 在室内羽化, 摘取羽化后二天的雌蛾性信息素腺体部位(42FE)用乙醚漂洗, 漂洗液浓缩至20μl左右进行GC-MS分析, 证明葡萄透翅蛾信息素的结构为3,13-十八碳双烯-1-醇。

(E,Z)-3,13-Octadecadien-1-ol was identified as the sex pheromone of the vine tree borer, P. regalis, by gas chromatog.-mass spectrometric anal. and field bioassay. On single cell recording of male moth (E,Z)-3,13-octadecadienol induces large spikes, whereas the (Z,Z)-form also induces response but with small spikes in sensilla trichodea.
