将芳香醛、麦氏酸与NaHCO3置于研钵中, 在无溶剂存在下通过研磨可以发生缩合反应, 反应产率良好.

Knoevenagel condensations of aromatic aldehydes with Meldrum’s acids in the absence of solvent have been found to proceed with high yields under grinding conditions.
