丁酮内酯及其衍生物不仅是重要的合成结构单元, 而且具有优良的生物及生理活性, 该类化合物显示了广泛的应用和发展前景. 综述了近年来含丁酮内酯结构单元化合物的研究进展, 重点介绍了该类化合物的结构特征、生物性能及合成方法.

Butenolide and its derivatives are not only the important synthons, but also have excellent biological activities, which exhibit extend application and development foreground. This review summarizes some recent advances of butenolide derivatives containing tetronic core in medicine and pesticide, especially for their structural characters, biological properties and synthetic methods.
