无溶剂条件下固相合成2,3-二芳基-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮

Synthesis of 2,3-Diaryl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one Under Solvent-Free Conditions

在NaOH存在下, 无溶剂加热靛红酸酐和席夫碱, 合成一系列2,3-二芳基-2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮衍生物. 该反应产率高, 操作简单. 反应中考察了不同席夫碱对反应的适用性, 合成了16个产物. 产物结构经IR, 1H NMR, HRMS确证.

A series of 2,3-diaryl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives were synthesized from isatiocanhydride and Schiff base in the presence of sodium hydroxide under solvent-free conditions. The ad-vantages of this procedure are simple protocol and high yields. Using different Schiff bases to prepare 2,3-diaryl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives, sixteen compounds were synthesized. The structures were determined by IR, 1H NMR and HRMS techniques.
