新型含吡唑基的α-氨基膦酸酯类衍生物的合成及生物活性

Synthesis and Biological Activity of α-Aminophosphonate Derivatives Containing Novel Substituted Pyrazole

在微波无溶剂无催化条件下, 以取代吡唑甲醛、芳胺和亚磷酸二乙酯为原料合成了一系列新型含吡唑基的α-氨基膦酸酯类衍生物, 其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS和31P NMR测试技术进行了表征. 初步生测结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的抗菌活性.

A series of novel α-aminophosphonate derivatives containing substituted pyrazole were synthesized with substituted pyrazolyl aldehyde, arylamine and diethylphosphone under microwave-assisted without using any catalysts and solvent. And the structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR and MS techniques. Preliminary bioassay indicated that some of them showed good fungicidal activities.
