3-取代苯氧甲基-6-氯哒嗪的合成及其除草活性

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of 3-(Substitutedphenoxy-methyl)-6-chloropyridazines

通过3-氯-6-溴甲基哒嗪与各种取代的苯酚在K2CO3/DMF体系中反应, 合成了一系列3-取代苯氧甲基-6-氯哒嗪化合物. 它们的结构均经1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 在浓度为100 μg•mL-1时, 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所合成的化合物对油菜和稗草均有一定的抑制作用. 并讨论了其结构与除草活性的关系.

A series of 3-(substituted phenoxymethyl)-6-chloropyridazine derivatives were synthesized as herbicide candidates by the treatment of different phenols with 3-chloro-6-methylpyridazine in DMF cata-lyzed by K2CO3. The new compounds were identified by 1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassay showed that all of them had herbicidal activity against Brassica napus and Echinochloa crusgalli at 100 mg•mL-1. The structure-activity relationship was discussed.
