本文报道以Eu(fod)3作位移试剂,在CCl4中用1H NMR准确地分析了2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-联萘(1)的(+)-MTPA二酯的对映体含量.当位移试剂与样品的摩尔比(r/s)在0.35-0.60之间时,其对映体过量值的绝对误差小于1%.

The enantiometric purity of (?-2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-binaphthyl was determine as esters of (+)-a-trifluoromethyl-a-methoxyphenylacetic acid by 1H NMR with Eu(fod)3 as the shift reagent and CDCl3 (or CCl4) as the solvent. When the molar ratio shift reagent and substrate was 0.35-0.60, the absolute error of enantiometric excess was <1%.
