用离子交换HPLC和二极管阵列分光光度计测定了核糖核苷和游离碱基. 在Nucleosil-scx-sμ柱上以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH5)为移动相, 分析了化学水解酵母核糖核酸产品分离过程的尿嘧啶, 胞嘧啶、腺嘌呤, 尿苷, 腺苷, 胞苷, 乌苷.

Qual. and quant. determination of ribonucleosides and their free bases by ion-exchange HPLC with a diode array spectrophotometer was performed. The components uracil, cytosine, adenine, uridine, guanosine, cytidine, adenosine in the chem. hydrolyzate of yeast RNA were separated on a Nucleosil-scx-5 m column by using citric acid-phosphate buffer, pH 5 as mobile phase. The identification of UV spectrum of the slope up, slope down, and apex portions of each peak at 240-350 nm confirms that not only each peak contains a single component, but also what component it is.
