研究了β-吗啉丙酰肼和一系列芳基异硫氰酸酯间的反应. 获得六个1-吗啉丙酰基-4-芳基氨基硫脲类化合物, 其中一些被环化得到5-吗啉乙基-4-芳基-三唑啉-5-硫酮和2-芳胺基-5-(β-吗啉乙基)-1,3,4-噻二唑. 这里有些化合物具有植物生理活性和抗结构活性.

Title compounds I (R = H, 4-Me, 4-Cl, 2,4-Me2, 2-Me, 4-MeO) were prepared by refluxing b-morpholinopropionyl hydrazide with aryl isothiocyanates. Acid or base treatment of I gave thiadiazoles II (R = H, 4-Me, 4-Cl, 2,4-Me2, 2-Me) or triazolinethiones III (R = 4-Me, 4-MeO) resp. II (R = 4-Cl) showed tuberculostatic and plant growth regulator activity.
