从4-乙酰基-2-硝基甲苯出发, 经溴化、羟化、氧化以88.5%的总收率制备得到4-乙酰基-2-硝基苯甲醛.

4-Acetyl-2-nitrobenzaldehyde was prepared from 4-methyl-3-nitroacetophenone with a 88.5% total yield via bromination, hydroxylation and oxidation.
