Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3-(1′-Alkyloxyimino)ethyl-4-hydroxy-pyrroline-2-one Derivatives

以氨基酸乙酯为原料合成8种3-乙酰基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮的类似物A, A与3种烃氧基胺盐酸盐反应合成了20个肟醚类衍生物3-(1'-烃氧亚氨基)乙基-4-羟基吡咯啉-2-酮(B), 其结构经 1H NMR, MS, IR和元素分析表征. 初步生物活性测定结果表明合成的化合物B具有一定的除草活性和抑制真菌活性.

3-Acetyl-4-hydroxypyrroline-2-one analogues (A) were synthesized using amino acid ethyl esters as starting material, which were reacted with alkyloxyamine hydrochlorides to give twenty oxime ether derivatives 3-(1'-alkyloxyiminoethyl)-4-hydroxypyrroline-2-ones (B). Structures of all the new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, IR data and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results indicated that this kind of compounds exhibited certain herbicidal and antifungal activities.
