单手性臂型脱氧胆酸分子裂缝对中性小分子的识别性能研究

Recognition of Neutral Molecules by Single Chiral Arm-Type Molecular Clefts Derived from Deoxycholic Acid

利用紫外分光光度滴定法测定了新型分子裂缝1~6对于苯胺、对甲氧基苯胺、对硝基苯胺等中性小分子的识别性能.结果表明所有的主体均对考察的客体具有识别作用,形成1:1型的超分子配合物.识别作用的主要推动力为多重氢键、π-π stacking 等的协同作用.讨论了主客体间尺寸/形状、几何互补等因素对形成超分子配合物的影响.并利用1H NMR、计算机模拟作辅助手段对实验结果和现象进行了解释.

Molecular recognition properties of novel receptors1~6 for aniline, p-methoxyaniline and p-nitroaniline have been investigated by UV-vis spectroscopic titration, which indicates that the supramolecular complexes consist of 1:1 host and guest molecules. The main driving forces are the multiple hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interaction between host and guest molecules. The molecular recognition ability is discussed from the viewpoint of the size/shape-fit and geometrical complementary relationship. A computer-aided study and 1H NMR spectroscopy have been employed to elucidate the binding behavior of these molecular clefts.
