Abstract

The title compounds, e.g. I, were prepared from cyclization of the corresponding N-(2-phenyl-4-quinolinecarbonyl)-N-aroylhydrazines with the catalysis of POCl3. Some of them exhibit antileukemia and plant growth regulating activities.
