离子液体[BMIm]BF4对莪术醇手性环氧异构体的拆分

Chiral Resolution of Curcumol Epoxy Derivatives by Ionic Liquid [BMIm]BF4

利用莪术醇环氧手性异构体在离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐中形成复合物的溶解度不同, 以22%的(10R)-10,14-环氧莪术醇(E1)收率(99% ee)和49%的(10S)-10,14-环氧莪术醇(E2)收率(92% ee)完成了对莪术醇环氧手性异构体的拆分. 离子液体可以回收利用, 回收后的离子液体分离效果不受影响.

The isomers of 10,14-epoxy curcumol derivatives were separated by the ionic liquid [BMIm]BF4, in which there is a difference in the solubility of the complexes formed with the isomers and [BMIm]BF4. The yield 22% of (10R)-10,14-epoxy curcumol (E1) with 99% ee and the yield 49% of (10S)-10,14-epoxy curcumol (E2) with 92% ee were obtained respectively in the resolution. The ionic liquid could be recovered easily and used again with the same separation effect.
