黄花棘豆种子中化学成分的研究

用半制备HPLC方法从黄花棘豆(OxytropisochrocephalaBunge)种子水溶性部分中分到一个新的黄酮苷和4个已知化合物。经HPLC保留时间、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱等方法推定新黄酮苷的结构2为5-甲氧基-7-羟基-3-氧-β-D-半乳糖-4'-氧-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮醇苷。

One new flavonoside and four known compounds were separated from the water soluble fractions of seed of Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge by using semi-preparative HPLC. Four known compounds have been identified as 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-4H-Pyran-4-one, rhamnocitrin-3-O-β -D-galaetoside-4'-O-β-D-glucoside, rhamnocitrin-3-O-β -D- galactoside, and rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactoside. The structure of new flavonoside, as 5-methoxy-7-hydroxy-3-O-β -D-galactoside-4'-O-β- D-glucoside, has been established on the basis of HPLC retention times and spectral evidences.
