本文报道用高效毛细管电泳测定蛇毒磷酸二酯酶催化的二(2'-脱氧-2'-氟)嘧啶核糖核苷酸的水解速度。高效毛细管电泳用于这个目的有分辨率高、样品需要量'、使用不含有机溶剂的缓冲液和操作方便等优点。用来测定具有中等反应速度的反应是很方便的。

High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) has been used as monitor for the determination of stability of di(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro) cytidine phosphate and di(2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro) uridine phosphate to snake venom phosphodiesterase (SVPDE). This seems to be a good method for monitoring the enzymatic reactions of moderate reaction rate.
