有机膦功能化联咪唑的合成与表征

N,N'-二烷基酯联咪唑出发, 经过还原、氯代、亲核取代反应, 合成了N,N'-二烷基膦联咪唑. 产物经过了红外、核磁共振及质谱表征. 反应前体N,N'-二醇联咪唑和N,N'-二烷基氯联咪唑可作为起始物, 合成得到一系列联咪唑衍生物.

Starting from N,N'-biimidazolyl diesters, N,N'-biimidazolyl diphosphine was synthesized by sequent reactions of reduction, chlorination and nucleophilic substitution. It has been characterized by IR, NMR and MS techniques. The two precursors of N,N'-biimidazolyl alcohol and N,N'-biimidazolyl chloride can be further functionalized and thus provide opportunities to synthesize a series of biimidazole derivatives.
