含1-甲基环己基的酰基硫脲类化合物合成及除草活性

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activities of 1-Methylcyclohexyl-formayl Thioureas

为寻求具有较高生物活性的农药先导,以1-甲基环己基酰基为活性基团,与不同的取代胺进行缩合反应,合成了24个未曾报道的1-甲基环己基酰基硫脲类化合物,通过MS,1H NMR,元素分析对其结构进行了表征,并对目标产物进行了初步的生物活性测定. 结果表明,在剂量为200 mg/L时,大部分化合物均表现出较高的除草活性.

In order to find out novel pesticide lead compounds with good biological activity, totally 24 novel 1-methylcyclo-hexyl-formyl thiourea compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 1-methylcyclohexane-carbonyl chloride with various substituted amines. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The biological activities of these compounds were evaluated. Most of the compounds showed good herbicide activities at the concentration of 200 mg/L.
