Palladium-Catalyzed Synthesis of 2-Hydroxyphenyl Vinylferrocene

以Pd为催化剂, 实现二茂铁乙烯与邻碘(溴)苯酚化合物的交叉偶联, 考察了钯催化剂种类、碱的种类、溶剂等因素对反应的影响. 结果表明, 在PdCl2(dppf)为催化剂, 用量为5 mol%, Cs2CO3为碱, CH3CN为溶剂的条件下, 可高效率高产率地得到一系列邻羟基二茂铁茋类化合物.

A Pd-catalyzed method was developed for Heck-type cross-coupling reaction of a wide range of o-iodo(bromo)- phenols with vinylferrocene. The influences of different palladium catalyst, bases, solvents and other conditions were investigated. In the presence of PdCl2(dppf), Cs2CO3 and CH3CN, the cross-coupling products can be obtained in moderate to good yields. This catalyst system exhibits good activity in the synthesis of o-hydroxyphenyl vinylferrocene compounds.
