为了开发出高效、低毒性的新型绿色农药, 引入七氟异丙基, 设计合成了新型含N-七氟异丙基苯基吡唑的邻甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺类化合物, 其结构经过NMR, HRMS分析确认. 初步的生物活性测定表明, 大部分化合物含有较好的杀虫活性, 其中化合物Ic在2.5 mg/L时抑制率为20%. 本研究结果为后期的农药创制工作奠定了一定的基础.

In order to develop new green pesticides with high efficiency and low toxicity, N-phenylpyrazole anthranilic diamides containing heptafluoroisopropyl moieties were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Oriental armyworm. Their structures were confirmed by NMR and HRMS analysis. Preliminary biological activity showed that most of the compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity. In particular, compound Ic againstOriental armywormwas 20% at 2.5 mg/L. This result laid a certain foundation for the innovation of ryanodine receptor insecticides in the future.
