超声辐射下硫酸催化合成1,1-二乙酸酯

Synthesis of 1,1-Diacetates via H2SO4 Catalysis under Ultrasonic Irradiation

在超声波辐射和硫酸催化下由芳香醛和乙酸酐反应合成了系列1,1-二乙酸酯衍生物. 以10 mol%硫酸为催化剂, 芳香醛和乙酸酐的物质的量比为1∶1.6, 25~30 ℃下反应10~15 min, 产物产率可达85.2%~98%. 产物结构经1H NMR和IR确证.

A series of 1,1-diacetates were synthesized by the acetalization reactions of aromatic aldehydes with acetic anhydride using H2SO4 as catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation at room temperature. At a molar ratio of 1∶1.6 of aromatic aldehydes to acetic anhydride the reactions were catalyzed by 10 mol% H2SO4 in 25~30 ℃ for 10~15 min in high yields from 85.2% to 98%. The products were identified by 1H NMR and IR spectra.
